There’s more to airbrush makeup than just creating natural,
“Makeup? What makeup?” looks. Because airbrush makeup allows you such control
over the amount of coverage, you can use it for more than just an everyday makeup
routine.
Tattoo Coverage
You love the Mickey Mouse tattoo on your shoulder blade, but
maybe it’s not what you want everyone to focus on during your wedding. You can
use your at-home airbrush system to cover it for your big day – or any day.
Spot Coverage
Acne, moles, birthmarks, freckles… few people are lucky
enough to have smooth skin with no scars, pimples or marks. So using airbrush
makeup is a great way to cover those blemishes or marks that you don’t want to
have the world see.
Tanning and Tan Lines
As you may know, Luminess also offers a tanning airbrush system and upgrade to our regular airbrush makeup system. But sometimes you get tan lines while just going about your daily business. It’s easy enough
to even out your skin with the airbrush system you already have.
How To Create Full Coverage with Airbrush Makeup
So, how do you do it?
As usual, start with clean skin. Then take your Luminess
concealer (or the shade of foundation from you color range that is a shade lighter than your
everyday makeup) and apply a light coating to the area. Don’t overspray – just
a light layer to create a neutral base for applying the next layer. Set with
powder.
Next, take your matching skin shade and apply another light layer to the
area, blending outward to decrease visible edges. If you need more coverage, just be sure to let the first layers dry
before applying the next. Continue until you have achieved the level of
coverage you desire.
And that's it. It's that easy to cover your dark spots, tattoos and even out your tan lines. Try it today!
